Volunteers will help assemble the finger sandwiches for the tea, set the food on the 3-tier stands, and boil water for tea. Sandwich assembly tasks include:

• Cutting crusts off bread

• Slicing thin cucumber rounds

• Spreading garden vegetable cream cheese or pimento cheese spread on bread

• Adding sliced cucumbers to some of the sandwiches

• Cutting the finished sandwiches into the desired shapes.
