Rai$e the Roof Family Fun Day
Help us raise money to replace the roof of our historic building!
12:00-5:00 pm - Family Fun Day!
Carnival games, popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, box lunches, face painting, and Literacy activities. Corvette Club Car Show. Chorus performances every hour by local elementary school choirs.

5:00-8:00 pm - Date Night!
Dinner & Dancing, featuring The Heritage Singers of Jacksonville & The Curtis Willis Band. Raffle baskets and cash bar.

Bring any of the items we have discussed in prior meetings and we will decide how our centerpieces will look for the District 4 meeting on 3/21.
Arts Meeting to Plan D4 Decorations
On March 21st, our club is hosting the District 4 Meeting. The theme for the decorations is Celebrating the 5 CSP’s. As such, we have at least 2 tables we need to provide the centerpieces for: focused on Arts & Culture. This meeting is to discuss ideas for our centerpieces.

GFWC Florida District 4’s monthly meeting is being hosted by the Woman’s Club of Starke. Register by notifying the OPWC Treasurer. The cost is $20.00.
MEET AND GREET: 10 AM -10:30 AM MEETING 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Various clubs will be offering drawings and fundraisers. LUNCH will be provided

OPWC General Business Meeting
Doors open at 9:30 and the meeting begins promptly at 10:00. This month’s program will include a hands-on art activity for all members! No mess, Just fun! You get to take home whatever you create!Tables will be ‘decorated’ with different art activities. Choose a place based on what activity you want to do! Sit with someone you don’t know and get to know them!
Setup for Feb 6th OPWC Meeting
Lunch Chairman is Lucy Pellegrini (904-577-3064). Meet in Charlotte Weaver Hall (CWH) at 10am to setup the room and decorate for the OPWC business meeting on Thursday.
OPWC Arts & Crafts Contest - drop-off
Drop-off for the contest. Bring your entries to CWH between 9 and noon. Judging will take place that afternoon and results will be announced at the General Business Meeting on Feb 6th.

Arts & Crafts Contest - 4 volunteers needed to assist with set up and take-in of items on Tuesday, Feb 4th, 9 to noon.
Plan the Art activities for the Feb Business Meeting: how many, what they are, and who can assist during meeting, what supplies are needed and who can provide what.
If we have time, do base paint on the rocks for the Art activity.
