The Arts & Culture & Education CSP’s are decorating a Christmas Tree in the lobby of the Orange Park Library. Decorations are hand-made by members of the OPWC. The Tree in the Children’s room of the library may also need us to help decorate with the ornaments made by the Grove Park Elementary School children.
